Training: -Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program in the chosen field. Qualifications & Certifications: - Valid driver’s license to travel to work sites (if necessary) -High school diploma/GED equivalent plus completion of postsecondary training programs or courses in general industry safety awareness courses (i.e., OSHA 10). | I -Certification through organizations like The National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER), Journeyman Card or EPA certification for refrigerant handling is desirable but not required. | Education: | -Associates Degree from an accredited university specializing in Applied Science degrees with an emphasis on Mechanical/ Electrical Technology is recommended but not required
