Professional certification or diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent is preferred but not required for entry-level positions within the field . 2. Training on effective searching techniques utilizing both online databases and other sources that can facilitate efficient candidate selection processes (e g Boolean operators); 3 Superior communication skills (written & verbal) including active listening; 4 Creative problem solving abilities; 5 Knowledgeable about relevant employment laws; 6 Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including hiring managers as well as external candidates ;and 7 Aptitude for staying organized while managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment . Education: 1 Bachelor’s degree preferably in HR Management or related fields; 2 Masters Degree preferable in Human Resource Management would be welcomed but not mandatory
